Your statements are correct. Other than 5740 which is a Nautilus, other PCs

trade below MSRPs. IMO, the collectors have evolved their tastes with more focus on sports and larger watches over the past decade or so, especially given IG influencer and younger collectors coming in. Now smaller watches are coming back to be more fashi

Modern Perpetual calendars

Following the discontinuation of ref 5236, we can notice that all recent "simple" perpetual calendars are offered at a huge discount on the secondary market: the 5236 itself, the 5320, the 5159, even the 5140. It seems that only 5740 is appreciated, but t

Very cool. It looks great. Many congratulations!

A couple of years ago I was boarding a flight from Zurich to London and the passenger in front of me was wearing this 5740. I complimented him on the watch, he thanked me but he looked at me very strangely like he was worried I was going to rob him. For t

Christmas holiday at Seoul with family and this faithful companion

What’s better than enjoying one negroni before the flight? I would say two! Mulled wine on Christmas day. Took train from Airport to city centre. Fantastic Christmas dinner. First dose of Korean beef (Hanwoo). 2nd dose of Hanwoo on Boxing day evening. Can

The upgrade to the 5740 is extremely impressive!

The 5712/1A-001 is thin at 8.52mm? however I was admiring it the other day and rotating my wrist it ever so slightly and came to the conclusion that although it's thin it has significance presence in the dial, the case shape, bracelet design and simply th

I prefer the 5712 over the the 5740.

I agree about 240.

I always dreamed of a 5711 (which I still love) but when I became serious about details and discovered the 240 movement I started dreaming of a 5712 (and 5740 which is beyond reach for me at this point). And hence i wear a 5712. Plus the asymmetric design

I paid market for this watch last December.

I wasn’t even trying to get it at retail. It’s basically impossible unless you buy so many other watches you don’t want that it’s not worth it. This is my favorite iteration of the nautilus largely due to the asymmetric dial design and the 240 movement. 5

5204 for me

I traded in my 5270G-001 to raise funds for my first 5204(R-011) and have never looked back. The 5204 fits me so well I have added another to my collection (5204G-001) and they are both in my daily rotation. No issues with fit on my wrist at all. 40mm cas
